Shipping policy

Standard Delivery
R130 | 3–5 Working Days (Maximum 10kg | 60cm x 41cm x 19cm)

Standard delivery is offered free on orders over R1000. This is automatically applied at checkout once the order value, after any discounts or promotions, meets or exceeds R1000.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Courier delivery is available to street addresses only. Unfortunately, couriers do not deliver to embassies, malls, chain stores, plots, farms, mines, or certain outlying areas. Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered accurately and completely. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses, or for parcels that are lost, stolen, or left unattended at the delivery location.

Any parcels returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect information will be subject to a re-shipping fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
